Alejandro Pino, MD, is a board certified orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon in the Mount Sinai Roosevelt Department of Orthopedic Surgery, with extensive training in various new and innovative techniques in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders. Dr. Pino graduated at the top of his medical school class at Howard University, with AOA honors, and served as chief resident at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, one of the busiest trauma centers in the United States.

He is a member of the hospital Continuing Medical Education committee, as well as involved in resident education and research. He has various publications on orthopedic foot and ankle surgery in peer reviewed medical journals.
